Breezy is the best setup for candidate scorecarding I've encountered. The UI is like a Kanban board, making candidate pipelining easy to manage. In terms of pricing, breezy has the most agressive I've encountered, much cheaper than other solutions that IMO are not as good.

"Almost Flawless"

Implementation could NOT be more simple. Integrating from another ATS to BreezyHR also could NOT be more simple! The customer support is unmatched from my experience with other ATS'. I utilize BreezyHR everyday and all day long, the features of BreezyHR make candidate processes effective and communication efficient. I MUST BRAG about the BreezyHR app as well - you will not find another app that supports as seamless as the desktop.

I really don't have any criticism of BreeyzHR because I have experience with various other ATS systems and I can't find any major downsides to having BreezyHR.

BreezyHR keeps our organization efficient in recruiting, communication with candidates & hiring managers, and most importantly it cannot be an EASIER system to utilize for recruitment efforts.

"Easy peasy lemon squeezy"

What do you like best about Breezy HR?

The most user-friendly ATS I have used so far in my career!

We all know those ATS required for you to put the great-grandmother maiden name of your candidate, super long and tedious and honestly useless well, Breezy is the exact oppositive. The most beautiful design user interface allows you to have excellent visibility on how your recruitment process is going and keeps everyone in the loop.💖

What do you dislike about Breezy HR?

Nothing is perfect but honestly is understandable that they need to make some updates and that the system is down for a couple of minutes. I would appreciate it if we got a notification, but since its such a minor inconvenience, I don't mind😁

Stop thinking about it and do it.

Keeping everyone in the loop and organized. Honestly, the amount of visibility that the design on Breezy provides you. You literally cannot lose or forget anything.

"So streamlined!!"

What do you like best about Breezy HR?

I like how intuitive this software is to use. From the first time I logged into the site I was able to find everything I wanted, and all the features came as a present surprise. I found myself saying multiple times, "oh, well, that's really nice". The layout is smart and makes it easy to keep yourself organized between different job postings, candidates and your notes on each candidate. I love that there is a discussion panel associated with each resumé to easily tell my fellow interviewers what I'm thinking. The scorecard feature is also a great way to rank interviewees, especially when there are a lot of candidates to keep organized.

What do you dislike about Breezy HR?

Honestly, there isn't much that I don't like about this program. It's met all of my needs, and we've successfully used it to fill several positions at our company.

What problems is Breezy HR solving and how is that benefiting you?

Resume submission, review, organization, vetting candidates, sharing resumes amongst a group of reviewers. This software has allowed our recruitment team to collaborate when looking for new hires. We can all stay away of any individual candidate's status, and add notes and ratings for the rest of the team to see and respond to.

"Best value!"

What do you like best about Breezy HR?

Easy to use for an admin, lots of features at a variety of price points to allow for even small businesses and nonprofits to make use of it. I love the unlimited users feature in particular. Users have loved it as it has allowed for us to increase our volume of applicants without adding workload. The ratings features are useful for group assessments of candidates. The EEOC data available is incredibly helpful and I am so pleased it's there at a low cost. I demoed 5 systems and this is by far the best value for small to medium businesses.

What do you dislike about Breezy HR?

I would not recommend accessing Breezy from your phone. The interface doesn't work well.

What problems is Breezy HR solving and how is that benefiting you?

Moved away from emailed applications and using Outlook email for communications. We can track candidates visually, make sure we have gotten back to every candidate - no more excel sheets and trying to find emails. The biggest benefit is saving paper and printing. Lastly, we now have a really professional-looking Careers Portal!
