I have used quite a few applicant tracking systems, and Breezy HR is the best I have found for our medium-sized business (50-200 employees). It is user-friendly both from an admin and user standpoint. It has so many integrations (Slack, Indeed, etc.). Also, the customization and automation features are great for talent acquisition in this crazy market. My favorite part is the customizable careers page.

Lever’s approach is customizable for technically-minded teams, that’s for sure – almost to a fault. With rudimentary analytics on all those customizations, Lever can help make your process picture-perfect … so long as you're comfortable not being able to easily measure its success.
Operating on the assumption that your large team already enjoys an organized, solid recruiting and sourcing process – with a bench of candidates ready to be filed into the right roles – Lever is strong as a nurturing CRM and offer management system.
