I have used quite a few applicant tracking systems, and Breezy HR is the best I have found for our medium-sized business (50-200 employees). It is user-friendly both from an admin and user standpoint. It has so many integrations (Slack, Indeed, etc.). Also, the customization and automation features are great for talent acquisition in this crazy market. My favorite part is the customizable careers page.

Real talk: You need a more organized, more user-friendly hiring process
Zoho Recruit relies on your recruiting team enjoying their current, manual hiring process. That team will need significant time to get set up (pretty much on their own) and then continue to dedicate chunks of their days to manual actions like application uploads and rejecting applicants one by one.
With Zoho Recruit, you can look forward to cramming your current process into a prebuilt pipeline template with limited support, difficult configuration and maintenance, and insufficient to impossible customization.
