What the Breezy MCP Server does

The Breezy MCP Server connects your AI assistant directly to your Breezy account through Model Context Protocol, the open standard for connecting AI agents to business software. Once it's connected, your assistant can read and act on your hiring data in Breezy:

• Candidates: create and update candidates, move them between positions and stages, add notes, scorecards and ratings, send messages and questionnaires, and view resumes, work history, education, assessments, background checks and activity.
• Positions: create, update and list positions, change a position's state and view the hiring team and activity.
• Pipelines: view your pipelines and their stages.
• Custom attributes: view definitions for candidates and positions, and set or update values.
• Templates and questionnaires: view your company's email templates and questionnaires.

Ask for help the way you'd ask a teammate:

• "Review the new applicants for our Senior Accountant role and rank the strongest fits."
• "Find candidates who've been in the phone screen stage for more than two weeks and draft follow-up messages."
• "Compare the interview notes and scorecards for our three Product Manager finalists."

Built on your existing Breezy permissions

Your assistant can only see and change what you already can in Breezy. Every action follows your existing user permissions, so connecting an AI assistant doesn't open candidate data to anyone who couldn't already access it.

Get started

The Breezy MCP Server is available now to Breezy customers. Setup takes a few clicks, with no API keys or developer help:

1. Find Breezy in the Claude connector directory or the ChatGPT app directory. For Cursor or another MCP-compatible client, add the server address https://mcp.breezy.hr/mcp.
2. Sign in with your Breezy account.
3. Open a chat and start working.
