About the Human Resources Officer Position
We’re seeking a skilled and dedicated Human Resources (HR) Officer to join our team. While working as an HR Officer, you’ll be responsible for recruiting talent and supporting employees during their time at our company. You’ll also help implement and enforce policies and procedures.

Human Resources Officer Responsibilities
- Work with hiring teams to create job descriptions for vacant positions
- Advertise job openings on various platforms, such as Indeed, LinkedIn, and/or the company’s website
- Screen resumes and assist with the interview process
- Onboard new employees by leading orientation sessions, providing training, and assisting with new hire paperwork
- Create and enforce policies and procedures in a consistent manner
- Train existing employees on new guidelines and regulations when needed
- Monitor employee performance, implementing coaching programs or disciplinary actions if necessary
- Ensure all legal health, safety, and security regulations are followed
- Assist employees with any interpersonal problems they might have with other employees
- Keep accurate and up-to-date records of employee information
- Assist with other human resources related tasks as needed
Human Resources Officer Requirements
- [3+] years of experience as a Human Resources Officer or in a similar role
- BA/BS in human resources, business administration, or similar role
- PHR or SHRM certification preferred
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Superb organizational and problem-solving skills
- Must be able to remain professional in tense and emotional situations
- Must be able to be discreet while handling personal information
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and HR software
