About the Talent Acquisition Manager Position
We’re seeking an experienced and dedicated Talent Acquisition Manager to join our human resources team. As a Talent Acquisition Manager, you’ll work closely with hiring managers to organize and conduct interviews, help negotiate during job offers, and ensure our company hires top talent.

Talent Acquisition Manager Responsibilities
- Work with hiring teams to outline the needs for a role
- Develop an ongoing strategy to attract talented workers to our company
- Work with internal and external sources to recruit candidates for open positions
- Sort through applicants to create a shortlist of candidates to interview
- Communicate closely with candidates throughout the hiring process, including during interviews
- Consult with the hiring team to determine the best candidate for the position
- Run background checks on candidates
- Suggest improvements for the hiring process and for improving employee retention rates
- Attend career fairs as a representative of the company
- Create and present reports for upper management as needed
Talent Acquisition Manager Requirements
- [2+] years experience as a Talent Acquisition Manager or in a similar role
- BS/BA in human resources, business administration, or related field of study
- Strong knowledge of hiring best practices, including different methods of candidate selection, such as interviews and testing
- Experience with various sourcing and recruitment tools and software, such as Oracle Taleo, and different employment websites
- Ability to work well with various departments to truly understand their hiring needs
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Must be a team player and enjoy working with people
