  • BS/BA in human resources, business administration, or related field of study
  • Strong knowledge of hiring best practices, including different methods of candidate selection, such as interviews and testing
  • Experience with various sourcing and recruitment tools and software, such as Oracle Taleo, and different employment websites
  • Ability to work well with various departments to truly understand their hiring needs
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Must be a team player and enjoy working with people
