About the Hotel Concierge Position

Our hotel is looking for a Hotel Concierge to join our team. As a Hotel Concierge, you’ll be responsible for ensuring our guests have an excellent experience while staying with us. Hotel Concierge Responsibilities

  • Greet guests as they arrive at the hotel
  • Check guests in, providing directions to the elevators, their rooms, and other amenities
  • Provide assistance to clients as needed, making recommendations or giving guidance
  • Assist guests in booking dinner, transportation, or similar reservations 
  • Answer phone and web inquiries, taking reservations
  • Resolve customer complaints
  • Perform administrative duties including processing payments, sorting mail, and managing deliveries 

Hotel Concierge Requirements

  • High school diploma required, BA in hospitality or related field preferred
  • Superb customer service and communication skills
