  • Prepare payroll, distribute checks, and keep payment records
  • Answer employee inquiries as needed
  • Complete forms, logs, and records to keep track of human resources processes
  • Answer telephone calls as they come in, taking detailed messages
  • Prepare [weekly/monthly/quarterly] reports for senior management

HR Administrative Assistant Requirements

  • BA/BS in human resources or similar field preferred
  • Strong working knowledge of computer software, including Microsoft Office Suite and HR software, such as HRIS or HRMS
  • Familiarity with labor laws
  • Superb organizational and time management skills

  • Must be a team player
