Relationship Manager responsibilities are:

• Working with customers to resolve their problems
• Aiming to keep current customers and renewing contracts as well as getting prospective ones.
• Dealing with customer complaints quickly and effectively
• Working with the sales team
• Studying the strengths and weaknesses of competitors
• Gathering information about customers
• Building rapport with customers
