Congrats! You’ve identified an awesome candidate and you’re ready to schedule a second interview.
You can take a less formal tone since you’ve already built a rapport with your candidate.Make sure the style you choose aligns with your company culture.
Clearly state the interview in your email’s subject line. Briefly explain what the purpose of the second interview is (e.g. review an assignment, meet the team, etc.) and approximately how it will take. Remind your candidates if they need to bring something with them (like their ID, portfolio, test project, etc.).
