About the Branch Manager position

We are looking for a Branch manager who will organize and lead all work performed in the branch and supervise all areas of operations. Your duties will include managing staffÙ« building a positive environment and ensuring customer satisfaction and proper branch operation.

You should have a hands-on approach and should be committed to the expansion and success of the business by implementing strategies that increase productivity and enable sales targets achievement.

 

Branch Manager responsibilities are:

  • Explore local market conditions and identify current and prospective sales opportunities
  • Organize all operational aspects including distribution operationsÙ« customer serviceÙ« human resourcesÙ« administration and sales
  • Prepare forecastsÙ« financial objectives and business plans
  • Organize budget and allocate funds appropriately
  • Provide trainingÙ« coachingÙ« development and motivation to branch personnel
  • Explore opportunities of improvement and propose corrective actions that meet challenges and leverage growth opportunities
  • Provide consulting to other branches and headquarters on effective practicesÙ« competitive intelligenceÙ« business opportunities and needs
  • Explore customer and employee satisfaction issues and react promptly
  • Ensure meeting goals and metrics and complying with all regulations/applicable laws
  • Build relations improve the presence and reputation of the branch and company
  • Stay informed about situation in competing markets and provide reports on market movement and penetration

 

Branch Manager requirements are:

  • 3+ years' experience of working on a Bank Manager or other branch management position
  • Significant experience with modern management techniques and best practises
  • Good knowledge of industry’s rules and regulations
  • Good ability to meet sales targets and production goals
  • Strong organizational skills with results driven and customer focused attitude
  • Good leadership and human resources management skills
  • BS in Business Administration or other related area
