About the Staff Assistant position

We are looking for a skilled Staff Assistant to help us with various administrative tasks to support our employees on a daily basis. You will be providing assistance with completion of projects and ensuring our company’s departments run smoothly.

  • Profound experience with office and HR procedures
  • Good practical experience with basic computer toolsŮ« particularly MS Office
  • Familiarity with office equipment such as printers and fax machines
  • Good knowledge of labor legislation
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to collaborate with varying managerial levels
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • BSc degree in Business AdministrationŮ« Human Resources or other relevant area
