About the Managing Director position

We are looking for an skilled Managing Director who will oversee all our business operationsÙ« people and ventures.   • Help the board and Chairperson with strategic adviceÙ« providing the with accurate view of the market and the company’s future
  • Monitor the company’s financial performanceÙ« investments and other business ventures
  • Organize proper communication of company's policies and legal guidelines to the personnelÙ« ensuring that they are followed at all times
  • Build good relationships with shareholdersÙ« business partners and authorities
  • Delegate responsibilities and supervise the work of executives providing guidance and motivation to drive maximum performance
  • Receive reports from lower rank managers and take actionsÙ« rewarding performanceÙ« preventing issues and resolving problems
  • Act as the public speaker and public relations representative of the company in ways that strengthen its profile
  • Perform analysis of problematic situations and develop solutions to them

 

Managing Director requirements are:

  • 3+ years' experience of working on a Managing Director or other relevant position
  • Profound experience in developing strategic and business plans
  • Good experience of managing corporate finance and developing measures of performance
  • In-depth knowledge of market changes and forces that influence the company
  • Excellent knowledge of corporate law and management best practices
  • Strong organisationalÙ« leadership and problem-solving skills
  • Strong communicationÙ« interpersonal and presentation skillsÙ« with analytical mindset
  • BSc or BA degree in business administration or other relevant area; MSc or MA degree will be a bonus
