About the COO position

We are looking for a Chief Operating Officer or COO who will take control over the company's ongoing operations and proceduresÙ« to secure the functionality of business and drive extensive and sustainable growth. You will be a member of the senior management teamÙ« reporting only to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO).

We expect you to have decent experience in maintaining control of diverse business operations and be efficient leader. You also should possess excellent people skillsÙ« business acumen and exemplary work ethics.

 

COO responsibilities are:

  • Monitor daily operations of the company and the work of executivesÙ« including ITÙ« MarketingÙ« SalesÙ« Finance and so on
  • Build and organize business strategiesÙ« plans and procedures
  • Help employees with consulting and leadership in order to encourage their maximum performance and dedication
  • Set comprehensive goals for performance and growth
  • Develop policies that promote company culture and vision
  • Work together with CEO and other executives in fundraising ventures and expansion activities
  • Conduct performance evaluation based on data and metrics analysis
  • Prepare reports to the CEO in all matters of importance
  • Assist Participate in (investmentsÙ« acquisitionsÙ« corporate alliances etc.)
  • Build and maintain good relationships with partners and vendors

 

COO requirements are:

  • 3+ years' experience of working on a COO or other relevant position
  • Significant experience in strategic planning and business development
  • Excellent knowledge of business functions such as HRÙ« FinanceÙ« marketing etc.
  • Good experience with data analysis and performance/operation metrics
  • Good practical knowledge of IT/Business infrastructure and MS Office
  • Excellent organizational and leadership skills
  • Strong interpersonal and public speaking skills
  • Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills
  • Experience in fundraising
  • BSc or BA degree in Business Administration or other relevant area; MSc or MBA degree will be a bonus
