About the Social Media Specialist position

A successful social media specialist engages with customers via various channels of social media٫ growing website traffic and revenue through strategic exploitation of the social media roadmap. A solid understanding of how social media channels work and how to optimize content is necessary in order to be a successful social media specialist. Your responsibility is to “soft-sell” the product by providing customer support for current and prospective customers.
