About the Brand Ambassador position

The brand ambassador is enthusiastic and willing to be the face of the company and bring their creativity to the table. The Brand Ambassador will attend trade shows to promote the company٫ as well as working on Social Media accounts and answering customer questions online through a variety of channels. Your overarching goal is to promote brand awareness and generate new sales opportunities. The Brand Ambassador will be an excellent communicator who is driven to promote our company and products.

Brand Ambassador responsibilities are:

  • Use social media to promote products and services on the internet
  • Monitor and respond to online comments from customers٫ forwarding these to the Marketing Department
  • Assist in organization of marketing events.
  • Track preferences٫ buying trends٫ and feedback from customers. Use this to our advantage in a variety of ways.
  • Maintain a report on competitor activity in marketing.
  • Have a thorough understanding of our products and brands٫ as well as employing word of mouth or in-person marketing techniques.
  • Monitor٫ create٫ and share online reviews of our products.

Brand Ambassador requirements are:

  • Previous work experience in the field of promotion٫ marketing٫ branding٫ or similar
  • Social Media savvy and familiar with management tools such as HootSuite and Buffer
  • Excellent professionalism skills٫ communication٫ friendly demeanor and outgoing personality.
  • Relevant degree in a field such as Marketing
  • Retail sales experience desirable
  • Online content creation experience
