About the Visual Merchandiser Position

We’re seeking a highly motivated, innovative Visual Merchandiser to join our team. As a Visual Merchandiser, you’ll play a critical role in helping us meet our sales objectives by creating eye-catching displays to grab our customers’ attention.

Along with a keen eye for detail and design, strong nonverbal communication skills are a must. Our Visual Merchandiser should aim to always give our customers an excellent shopping experience!

Visual Merchandiser Responsibilities

• Plan and implement an overall visual merchandising strategy for the business
• Design displays that match the business’s target clientele, strategy, brand, and products
• Produce sketches and finalize designs, creating detailed product displays and floor plans
• Source any necessary materials for the display
• Test various displays and record results, presenting to management as necessary
• Identify and track KPIs, presenting to management as necessary
• Change displays to promote trending and seasonal products
• Monitor visual merchandising budgets
  

Visual Merchandiser Requirements

• [1+] years experience as a Visual Merchandiser
• BA in design, visual communications, or related field
• Strong portfolio of relevant design work
• Superb communication, time management, and problem-solving skills
• Great data analysis skills
• Working experience with visual software, such as Adobe Photoshop or Illustrator
• Flexible availability preferred
