About the Promoter Position
We’re seeking a motivated marketing professional to join our team as a Promoter. Are you great with people? Are you a natural at giving presentations and persuading others? If so, this role is perfect for you!
As a Promoter, you’ll be demonstrating our products to potential clients at a variety of different events, highlighting the features that make them great and creating revenue in the process.
Promoter Responsibilities
- Set up and break down the demonstration area, such as a table, stand, or booth, at a variety of events
- Maintain the demonstration area, ensuring there are products, samples, and business information for people to take
- Distribute marketing materials such as flyers and brochures to attendees
- Demonstrate our products to potential clients in an engaging manner
- Use videos, charts, graphs, etc., as a visual aid to the demonstration
- Greet people as they approach the demonstration area
- Answer any questions potential customers might have about our products and give advice on what options best fit their needs
- Generate sales leads by collecting contact information and/or getting people to sign up to receive marketing materials
- Keep detailed records of stock levels, transactions, and product feedback and interest levels
- Process payments for any products sold on-site
Promoter Requirement
- [2+] years experience as a Promoter
- High school diploma/GED required
- BA/BS in marketing, business, or related field preferred
- Proven track record of successful promotions
- Excellent communication and customer service skills with a knack for persuasion
- Superb organizational skills
- Strong public speaking and presentation skills with both small and large groups
- Must be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Must have a professional appearance
